Booking and Payment

1. Reservation Process: All bookings require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your place at The Yoga Palace.
2. Payment Schedule:
   

   • 10% deposit due at time of booking
   • Remaining balance to be paid upon arrival at the retreat
   • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers

3. Pricing: All prices are stated in the booking confirmation. Prices may be subject to change, but not after your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by You:
   

   • The 10% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total retreat cost
   • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat start date: 100% of the total retreat cost
   • No-shows: 100% of the total retreat cost

2. Early Departure:
   

   • No refunds will be issued for early departure from the retreat
   • We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Cancellations by The Yoga Palace:
   

   • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund including your deposit or the option to transfer to another retreat date

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Your insurance should cover:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Personal injury
• Loss of belongings
• Any costs associated with early departure

Health and Safety

1. Health Conditions:
   

   • Participants must inform The Yoga Palace of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or medications upon booking
   • If you are pregnant or have any serious health conditions, please consult your doctor before booking

2. Liability:
   

   • Participation in yoga classes and activities is at your own risk
   • The Yoga Palace is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during your stay
   • By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and take full responsibility for your wellbeing

Accommodation

1. Check-in/Check-out:
   

   • Check-in: 2:00 PM
   • Check-out: 12:00 PM
   • Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability

2. Property Damage:
   

   • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to retreat property
   • A security deposit may be required upon arrival

Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information:
   

   • The Yoga Palace collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws
   • Your personal information will only be used for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law

Code of Conduct

1. Respect:
   

   • Guests are expected to respect the retreat environment, staff, and other participants
   • The Yoga Palace reserves the right to ask guests to leave without refund in cases of disruptive behavior

2. Quiet Hours:
   

   • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
   • Please be mindful of noise levels during these hours

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Yoga Palace reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to booked guests.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with The Yoga Palace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
