I spent four days at The Yoga Palace with the intention of disconnecting, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The atmosphere is peaceful, grounding, and truly supportive of slowing down and reconnecting with yourself. The people there are incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a sense of community that feels genuine and effortless. The homemade food deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious, nourishing, and prepared with so much care. Every meal felt like part of the experience, not just something to eat. I left feeling deeply relaxed, recharged, and grateful. If you’re looking for a place to truly disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself, this retreat is something really special. I would come back without hesitation.Posted on Amy BoysTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don’t hesitate to book in for a yoga retreat here! I booked on a whim a couple of days before arriving and I’m so glad I did. I stayed for 5 nights and came away feeling so relaxed & grounded. There are yoga sessions twice a day - AM & PM, meditation sessions & workshops that explore yoga/meditation philosophies & journaling prompts - all run by fantastic teachers. You’re given 3 delicious meals a day, all cooked by the wonderful Shina & her family, who were all so kind & welcoming. There’s also food available at the nearby pool cafe hangout, which is a really nice place to sit & sunbathe in between activities. There’s also kayaking, hiking, and tours of the pepper fields available nearby. We also visited an orphanage to see their performance of traditional Cambodian dances! I also loved that Jake’s lovely dogs sometimes made an appearance- the three of them were so so cute. The dorm was spacious, had a fan for both of us that were staying in the room, and was very dark and quiet. The bathroom was big, clean and the shower pressure was great. In the morning, if we woke up early enough, we got the most incredible sunrise views from the balcony, 10 second walk down from the dorm.Posted on MarleneTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent two weeks at the Yoga Palace and I loved my stay. It brought me new insights and more peace to my mind and body. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone interested in yoga and meditation. The house itself is beautifully set in Kampot's countryside. The yoga shala overlooks a bright green canapy and you can admire the sunrise and sunset while on your yogamat. The yoga and meditation teachers, Jake, Noah and Rosa are amazing. The yoga and meditation classes offer different techniques and the workshops guided us through a variety of different aspects linked to yoga and meditation. The library is stalked with books that offer more in-depth knowledge on yoga philosophy and breathwork. The Yoga Palace has a very friendly and laid-back vibe which makes it easy to slow down and relax. The kindness of everyone present makes it a truly loving place. Sina, the house owner, has a big smile and she and her family made me feel at home. Sina serves delicious and healthy food three times a day and she makes sure the complete house is spotlessly clean. Thank you so much, Jake, Noah, Rosa and Sina for this wonderful yoga retreat.Posted on Gabrielle FoleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great place and an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the whole team—Jake (the yoga retreat owner), Sina (the building owner and accommodation/kitchen manager), and Noah and Rosa (the yoga teachers)—were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly did everything they could to make sure I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time there. The yoga, meditation, and workshop sessions were excellent, and the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. I booked 5 nights, private room with an ensuite bathroom, which was clean and comfortable. I also received helpful advice and support regarding my travels in Cambodia, which I really appreciated. Big hug to all of you ♥ You’re the best!Posted on Lieve CuypersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This week of yoga was absolutely perfect. The setting was peaceful and inspiring, the food delicious and nourishing, and the comfort exceptional in every detail. The quality of human connection made the experience truly special—warm, respectful, and uplifting. The yoga sessions were beautifully guided, offering the ideal balance of depth, gentleness, and challenge. A heartfelt thank-you to Rosa, Sina, Noah, and Jake for making this week unforgettable.Posted on Ashley PotterTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I loved my time here! Perfect for all levels, including beginners. From the second I arrived, Noah and Jake were so accommodating and welcoming, tailoring the retreat to exactly what I was after. I loved the daily routine and schedule (which you can opt in and out of if you want more free time to explore the beautiful surrounding area). There were two yoga sessions a day, and the highlight for me was the afternoon session- overlooking the mountains and watching the sun go down every night. There were also some really interesting workshops with colouring, philosophy, journalling, and a nightly meditation session. The food was incredible — home-cooked and super fresh, with ingredients straight from their garden. I stayed in their new dorm room, which was lovely (and great value), with one other lovely lady. The rooms were very clean, with lots of space to store or hang your belongings, plus an ensuite bathroom. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this place more to anyone who wants to take a breather, switch off for a few days, and reconnect with their body and mind. I will definitely be back!! 🙂Posted on Bianca JurcanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an incredible experience at this yoga retreat in Cambodia. The location is absolutely stunning — practicing the last yoga session of the day while watching the sun set over the mountains felt truly magical. The schedule is perfectly balanced, with well-planned classes and plenty of free time in the evenings to relax, go for a swim, or simply enjoy the surroundings. The food was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a real highlight — so flavorful and refreshing! I stayed in a dorm with three beds and a private bathroom, and it exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. A special thank you to Rosa for her wonderful yoga classes, and to Noah and Jake for running the retreat with such positive and uplifting energy. Their yoga and meditation sessions were inspiring and really made the whole experience unforgettable.Posted on Catherine NasskauTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a really fantastic time here and I thoroughly recommend it, whether you are a beginner or have experience with Yoga. Firstly, all communication and support from Jake who runs it was excellent. Lovely place in the countryside, with a stunning roof terrace for yoga and meditation - the photos do not do it justice as you cannot hear the birds or feel the warm breeze, or really see the amazing view. Expert meditation and yoga sessions led by Jake, Rosa and Noah, all offering something different. Noah's Rolfing session was helpful for an injury I had. Rosa led lovely sessions and adapted the yoga sensitively for myself and someone else so they were appropriate for our needs and abilities. Jake's meditations were relaxing. Food was lovely and plentiful, especially great piles of cut fruit. In the afternoons one person went on a trip to a pepper farm, we also went to a pool to relax in the nearby hotel. (Bohemiaz - great jacuzzi, cocktails, ice cream, 24 hr laundry, 5 mins walk away.) Thanks to all the staff for offering such a special retreat, that can be tailored to suit your needs. Also excellent value. PS. Google Maps led me the wrong way, so check with Jake for best route. Wish I could have stayed longer!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. We recognize the diverse approaches to yoga practice—from its ancient spiritual heritage to its modern wellness applications—and welcome practitioners at every stage of their journey. Our teaching emphasizes the core principles: mental clarity and physical well-being.
While yoga requires dedication, we believe in creating a relaxed atmosphere. Our retreat maintains a balance between focused practice and casual comfort, fostering an environment where learning happens naturally and laughter is welcome. This approach helps participants fully embrace the restorative benefits of yoga and meditation while feeling completely at ease.
Structural Integration (also known as Rolfing) is a form of hands-on bodywork that systematically addresses the body’s connective tissue, or fascia. This specialized therapy aims to improve posture, flexibility, and movement patterns by releasing longstanding tension and restrictions in the body’s soft tissues.
During a session, our practitioner uses precise manual techniques to work with your body’s fascia—the web-like tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs. Think of it as reorganizing the body’s internal structure to restore natural alignment and freedom of movement.
For our yoga students, Structural Integration offers unique benefits:
- It helps us identify your body’s specific movement patterns and restrictions
- This information allows us to tailor your yoga practice more effectively
- The therapy itself can help release chronic tension that might be limiting your yoga practice
- Many students find they can access poses more easily after sessions
- The work provides insights into your body’s natural strengths and areas that need extra attention
The combination of Structural Integration with yoga practice creates a comprehensive approach to improving body awareness, movement, and overall physical well-being. Our teachers use these insights to customize your yoga instruction, ensuring you get the most benefit from your time with us.
We offer all guests a free Structual Integration session, which helps us to figure out what practices will be most beneficial for you. Our main Yoga teacher also integrates ideas from this powerful practice into his Hatha Yoga classes.
