The Yoga Palace

Summer Long-Stay Program (4 weeks minimum stay, April-September)

Take the time to unplug, deepen your practice, and immerse yourself in beautiful Cambodia

Many of our guests say they wish they could stay longer. Our long-stay program makes that possible, at an affordable price. You will have the space to build a genuine daily practice, the stillness to reconnect with yourself, and the rare opportunity to experience Cambodia not as a passing visitor, but as someone who has taken the time to truly arrive. As the only retreat in Cambodia owned by a Khmer family living on the premises, the warmth and hospitality you will find here is something that simply cannot be replicated elsewhere.

A longer stay also makes this one of the most accessible things we offer. The more time you spend with us, the more we are able to bring the cost down — up to 50% less than our usual retreat rates. Everything remains exactly the same: the same meals, the same classes, the same care and attention. You are simply giving yourself more of it.

Unplug, Relax, Reflect

A longer stay gives you the time and consistency needed to truly integrate yoga and meditation into your daily life, helping you build lasting healthy habits of body and mind.

Deepen Your Practice

Stepping away from the pressures of daily life into a structured, peaceful routine creates the space for your nervous system to settle, allowing for genuine self-reflection and a reconnection with your deeper purpose.

Discover Cambodia

As the only Khmer family-owned retreat in Cambodia, the Yoga Palace offers a rare chance to move beyond typical tourism and form a genuine connection with the warmth, culture, and spirit of the Cambodian people.

Go deeper

With yoga and meditation, consistency is key. A strong, flexible body and a calm mind may not appear overnight, but with time and gentle effort, these things are very much within reach. If you adopt positive habits, every day will be a step in the right direction. A longer stay at the Yoga Palace will give you the chance to fully integrate yoga, meditation, and other tools into your daily life. We understand that yoga is much more than a physical practice, so our meditations and daily workshops will gently guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.

Take the time to wind down

A fixed routine of positive activities, with all your meals taken care of and plenty of free time, can allow your nervous system to settle as you unwind from the stresses of daily life. A longer stay at the Yoga Palace will provide an opportunity for self-reflection: getting to know yourself and clarifying your future plans. Life can sometimes pull us away from our passions and purpose; a long retreat can help us return to who we really are. If you have been working hard, or rushing around trying to visit as many places as possible, it can take time to fully settle into a yoga retreat. A longer program will give you the chance to find the peace that comes when you stop doing and simply be.

The kingdom of wonder

We are the only retreat in Cambodia owned by a Khmer family who live on the premises. The Cambodian people are world-renowned for their kindness and hospitality, and as soon as you arrive at the Yoga Palace, you will feel at home. Many visitors come to Cambodia, see Angkor and other tourist sites, then leave without truly connecting with the culture. A longer stay at the Yoga Palace will show you why so many people fall in love with this country.

We also offer the opportunity to practice Karma Yoga — the yoga of action — by volunteering with various NGOs and organisations. You could teach English, help collect litter, or work in a local animal sanctuary, as an optional part of your program.

KCDI teachings poor and disabled children traditional Khmer dancing and musical instruments. Some of our guests have helped with teaching English.
