Journaling Exercise
You will be given three random journaling prompts. You have the option to swap any one of them for another random prompt, once (so you may end up with something more challenging!). Please write about each prompt for 7 minutes — it’s OK if your writing takes you a little away from the question; the main thing is to keep journaling and use this as an opportunity for reflection. You will then be given a final question, inviting you to explore any connections between the three prompts.

Svadhyaya is the principle of self-study. What tools do you have to look deeper within?
“Where there is dharma, there is karma.” How do you honor your purpose and your responsibilities?
Isolate a recent uncomfortable thought or emotion. What can you learn when you observe it without judgement?
